Last summer our air conditioning went out and I called Ricardo at Racco's. I had them replace the Heating and Air conditioning all at the same time. They were very quick to help me because we have 2 dogs that were probably hotter than my wife and I. Jacob the installation tech was awesome! You could tell they care and were very professional. On top of all the above, I know I saved a few thousand dollars for top of the line equipment and service. I highly recommend calling Racco's. They also have a regular maintenance plan to keep your equipment like new.
My wife and I researched HVAC systems and it seemed like an American Standard system would work well for us. Ricardo at RACCO was recommended. We were sold on Ricardo right from the start, very professional, clean, and he seemed focused on our needs not necessarily what he had to sell. But what he sold us works great and we are very happy with it especially on those days when the temperature is hovering around 100 degrees as it sometimes does in Lake Hughes. The system really needed be be tight because we wanted it tested by a third party and then permitted. It passed both inspections. I would heartily recommend Ricardo and RACCO.
Ricardo and his team did a great job getting our new A/C system installed despite the heat wave. The whole team was super nice, efficien and kept the work site clean, putting down drop cloths and plastic to make sure there was no mess. The A/C works perfectly and I would wholeheartedly use them again in the future.. Thanks!!
Racco was fantastic. I called and Ricardo (President) came out almost immediately. Ricardo was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The work was reasonably priced and super efficient. He explained everything that was done and gave me some great advice regarding preventive maintenance. Very service oriented. He earned my trust and I will use Racco again when needed.

Our experience with RACCO Heating & Air Conditioning for replacement and upgrading of our existing 20-year-old HVAC system was extremely pleasant. Having a background that includes a lot of exposure to various construction trades at the commercial level, including HVAC, I was careful to research HVAC systems and HVAC contractors, and to get (five) competitive bids. The inclusion of RACCO was in fact at the last minute after one invited bidder failed to follow through, but I am very happy I reached out to them.
Ricardo was prompt in coming out to see the project and in submitting his proposal, and RACCO qualified as one of two finalists for consideration; working with him to refine the proposal and terms was easy. We agreed to a two-day installation schedule and his technicians, Jacob and Alex, showed up each day on time, worked diligently, and were very respectful of both myself and my home (including at least trying to not let my very persistent cat outside); at one point my wife noticed the stair handrail was dirty, but they left the house clean each day. Everything was provided, installed and commissioned as promised; looking over the installation upon its conclusion, by all appearances the installation was very skillfully performed and it does not appear they took shortcuts. That said, picky person that I am, I did have one minor correction at the end of everything, but Ricardo handled that himself with no complaint; it's obvious Ricardo cares about both his company and his customers.
Replacing an HVAC system is not how I wish to spend my money, but I have confidence the system and installation will result in several years of trouble-free service. If your experience is anything similar to mine, I'm certain you'll be happy with RACCO Heating & Air Conditioning.
